Why are all sales finale?

All sales are final for the following reasons.

1. If Maureen personalizes a CD "To George Jefferson" and the customer decides they don't want it.. how can we re-sell it to another customer? Same with autograph pictures.

2. Candid pictures. With today's technology it's very easy to copy pictures. The MMFC uses the "all sales are final" policy to prevent customers from copying the picture we sold to them and deciding to send it back after they have copied it.
